The villa
The Ocean Villas sit on the second rise of the grove, lifted on timber posts so the deck clears the palms and looks straight down the bay. Inside is one big room — a king bed under a slow ceiling fan, a daybed by the window, a dresser, and a wall of louvred doors that fold right back.
The deck is the real living room: a plunge pool at one end, two loungers, a hammock, and a shaded table where breakfast is brought each morning. Below, a garden path leads through frangipani to an outdoor rain shower.
It is close enough to the beach bar to hear the music if there is any, far enough up the slope to catch the breeze and skip the passing traffic of the beachfront row.
