The building disappears in fog roughly one day in three. We think that is a feature.
Fjeldro opened in 2021 in a converted boat works. Everything you touch was made within 200 km — the beds in Bergen, the ceramics in Ålesund, the wool blankets on a farm you can see from the sauna. Breakfast is whatever the boat brought in. Dinner is four courses, one seating, shared tables if you want them.

Ride out with the fisherman at six, back by nine, eat what you caught at ten.
