The House

Built for people who notice the details.

The lift is still operated by hand. The linen is still pressed on site. Our florist walks the garden every morning before the first guest is awake. None of this is nostalgia — it is simply how a house of this age is meant to be run.

Behind the Belle Époque facade you will find underfloor heating, circadian lighting, and a fibre line fast enough to run a small country. Old bones, modern blood.
